Housekeeping has a vital role within the team. Our Room Assistants are responsible for the moment the guest walks into the hotel and is impressed by the clean public areas, bedrooms, freshly laundered linen, fluffy towels and a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsible for servicing all hotel bedrooms, public areas and back of house areas, including staff areas, you will have high standards, pay attention to detail and will provide guests with a professional, efficient, prompt and courteous service at all times. Room Assistants report to the Head of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Supervisor.
