Directions to The Falstaff, Kent

1) From M25 clockwise
From the M25, join the A2 at Junction 2. Follow the A2 until the M2. Leave the M2 at Junction 7 and take the A2, signposted Canterbury and Dover. Once on the A2, after 5 miles, follow the first signpost for Canterbury. At the first roundabout turn left and follow the brown signs for St Dunstan's area hotels. At the mini roundabout turn right and follow the road towards the Westgate Tower. The Falstaff Hotel is located on the left hand side.

2) From M25 anti-clockwise
From the M25, join the M26 at Junction 5, following signs to the M20. At Junction 3 of the M26 join the M20. Leave the M20 at Junction 7 and follow the A249 and signs to the M2. Join the M2 and Junction 5 until Junction 7 (A2). Once on the A2 follow signs for Canterbury. At the first roundabout turn left and follow the brown signs for St Dunstan's area hotels. At the mini roundabout turn right and follow the road towards the Westgate Tower. The Falstaff Hotel is located on the left hand side.

3) From Dover ferries
Take the A2 northbound (signposted Canterbury). Leave the A2 at the junction with the A28 (signposted City Centre). At the Wincheap roundabout take the first exit onto the A290 (signposted London and Whitstable). At St Peter's roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A290. At the T-junction turn left onto St Dunstan's Street.

4) From the Eurotunnel Terminal at Folkestone
Take the M20 southbound to Dover and follow the road down to the Eastern docks in Dover. Take the flyover at the Eastern docks and follow the A2 northbound (signposted Canterbury). Leave the A2 at the junction with the A28 (signposted City Centre). At the Wincheap roundabout take the first exit onto the A290 (signposted London and Whitstable). At St Peter's roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A290. At the T-junction turn left onto St Dunstan's Street.

5) By Rail
Canterbury West railway station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel, served by Southeastern, (Maidstone, London Bridge and NorthEast Kent). From 13th December 2009 Canterbury West will be served by High Speed trains into London St Pancras, via Ashford International, thereby cutting the journey time to 61 minutes.

Canterbury East (with trains to Dover, North Kent and London Victoria) railway station is a few minutes by taxi.

Parking
If you require parking facilities, take the turning at the mini roundabout adjacent to the West Gate Tower into North Lane. Approximately 100 yards up on the left you will find the Falstaff Hotel car park. Parking is limited at the hotel. There is a public car park on North Lane, charged at 90p per hour during the day (maximum 5 hours) or £1.50 overnight charge.

The Falstaff in Canterbury is located at the lower end of St Dunstan's Street, close to the junction with North Street and adjacent to the Wesgate Tower. Canterbury Cathedral, Westgate Gardens and City Centre shops are all within easy walking distance.
